Vice President, Client Development, U.S. Southeast Region

The successful candidate for this position will be highly skilled in relationship selling techniques and have a history of building collaborative, consultative and trusting customer relationships.  Annual relocation and global mobility goals, coupled with inhouse support assist in driving positive results. This position is part of an energetic Client Development Team supporting other geographical regions and is available as a virtual position.

Position Responsibilities

  • Introduce new customers to NEI Global Relocation (NEI) and consult with them on how NEI can make a difference in their relocation and mobility experience.
  • Create strong interest in NEI with your consultative approach, demonstrating your industry experience and knowledge, while accurately showcasing NEI’s ability to deliver outstanding service.
  • Leverage and expand your network of industry contacts to sell NEI’s full array of U.S. domestic and global services.
  • Assist in and work with NEI department managers for the preparation of proposal responses, presentations, and transition of new clients to operations and client relations.
  • Meet or exceed NEI’s annual sales goals

Qualifications & Experience

Sales Success

  • Proven selling success with other relocation management companies.
  • Must possess strong skills in prospecting, qualifying, influencing, and closing new corporate accounts.

Communication Skills

  • Effective written communication skills demonstrated in business letters, email communications and proposal responses.
  • Verbal communication skills consistently articulated with a business acumen.

Presentation Skills

  • Experience and ability to prepare and present information in a formal setting, with audiences ranging in size from one to twelve or more.
  • Work together with other presenters, ensuring each is prepared and rehearsed for a polished and confident presentation.

Technical Industry Knowledge

  • Experience working for a relocation management company in a sales or client development capacity - CRP and GMS preferred    

Travel

  • Travel required (up to 50% of the time, subject to change as needed)
