Military families and corporate employees may relocate for very different reasons, but the experience of moving people across locations—and supporting them through significant life transitions—has many similarities. This engaging panel will bring together military veterans and mobility professionals to explore the connections and differences between military relocation and corporate employee mobility. The conversation will also examine where corporate mobility programs can learn from military practices, particularly around duty of care, family support, readiness, adaptability, and navigating change.
