Community Outreach Committee The Community Outreach Committee supports and leads the TRC in giving back to the local Nashville community. The Committee is focused on raising funds for the Peter Hiro Annual Scholarship. Two scholarships of $1,000 each are awarded annually to a local graduating Senior and is based on their relocation experience as well as academic achievement & community involvement. The Community Outreach Committee leads TRC support of our designated charity, The Oasis Center located in Nashville. The Oasis Center helps at-risk youths navigate tricky waters of the teenage years with a wide range of programs that are designed to empower them, and make them aware of their potential. |

Logistics Committee The Logistics Committee is responsible for planning TRC’s bi-annual meetings. Members identify meeting location, hotel, and menu as well as coordinate catering, AV equipment, rentals (tables, chairs, etc.), and any other miscellaneous items with the venue. The Logistics Committee partners with all other committees to execute successful meetings. They work with Programs to plan the appropriate space and meeting room set-up. This committee partners with Membership to ensure space is adequate for registered attendees and with Sponsorship to ensure signage is displayed appropriately. Logistics members work with Community Outreach to accommodate required space, signage, and set-up. All Logistics activities are completed twice per year for the Spring and Fall meetings. |

Programs Committee The mission of the TRC Programs Committee is to bring relevant and educational content and programs to our semi-annual meetings. Some of these items include: securing topics, speakers, organizing panels, and fun activities throughout the day. Our goal is to create a fun-filled and educational day and to ensure that we are providing information, as an organization, that is helpful and informative to Relocation and Global Mobility professionals at all levels. |

Sponsorship Committee The Sponsorship Committee is charged with generating revenue to support TRC events through direct solicitation of our Service Members. This is achieved by working in tandem with our Website & Communication Committees to develop the content and cadence of relevant email blasts, social media posts as well as contacting each Service Provider member to raise their awareness of the sponsorship opportunities available to them for annual and special meeting sponsorships. Additionally, the sponsorship committee serves as the Board’s ambassador during our events and is tasked with ensuring our Sponsors receive a warm welcome, space to display promotional items, signage, sponsor ribbons on their name badges, recognition via A/V and any other special requests they may have during our event. |
