TRC Virtual Meeting
November 10, 2021
Please join the TRC Board of Directors on November 10th for a virtual "must see" presentation that will address mental heallth in the workplace. Tom Starling, EdD, Chief Executive Officer of Nashville- based Mental Health America of the Mid-South, will discuss the research done regarding mental illness and the various forms found in 1 in 5 adults, which include toxic stress, depression, and burnout. Tom will address the affect on the workplace and what can be done to assist the employee.
A panel of our own “Front Line Heroes”, hear real stories from a Corporate Relocation Counselor, an RMC Consultant, a Household Goods Customer Service Rep, and a Mortgage Consultant and how they dealt with the everyday stress exacerbated by the pandemic. Their unique stories are sure to enlighten us to the need for support, not only for our relocating families, but for our own employees who are passionate about what they do, regardless of the challenges faced every day.
We will end the day with a fun, stress-relieving, autumn-themed treasure hunt. We will be sure to have some Thanksgiving items on the list to remind us all that we have so much for which to be grateful!
